Permissions (e.g. camera, microphone, accounts, contacts, Recording or phone) or user data, are just used within the app. No other site or server have access these users personal information for store purpose. These permissions are useful for accurate working of applications.

3-Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do necessary actions.

4-STANCE ON THIRD PARTY TERMS

Apps contains advertisements from the third parties that are link with us and which may link to other websites, online services or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee the data you provide to any third parties. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services or applications linked to or from the apps.

5-WILL THE INFORMATION SHARED WITH OTHERS?

We only process data when it is necessary to achieve our legitimate business interest. We may process your data if you have given us certain consent to use your personal information in a specific purpose. We disclose information where the legal purpose is required to court order, judicial proceedings or subpoena.

7-USE OF GOOGLE MAP?

Yes we use google map for providing you the better services. By using our maps API, you agree to be bound by Google terms of services. Mobile applications or Facebook application uses Google APIs.

8-REFUND POLICY

After 48 hours from purchasing time, we will not refund for any purchasing transactions.

9 -CHANGES IN PRIVACY POLICIES

We reserve the right to make any changes in this privacy policy at any time. If you do not agree to any modifications to this Policy, your sole recourse is to immediately stop all use of all Applications and the Services. Your continued use of any Application, the Services or the Site following the posting of any modifications to this Policy will constitute your acceptance of the revised Policy.
