GPSStamp ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy
explains how information is handled when you use the GPSStamp mobile
application.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or share any personal data from users.
- We do not require account creation
- We do not collect names, emails, or contact details
- We do not track your activity across apps or websites
2. Photos and Data Processing
All photo processing happens locally on your device.
- Photos selected in the app are never uploaded to any server
- GPS location and date information (EXIF metadata) is read only on-device
- Map snapshots are generated locally using Apple MapKit
- Edited images are saved directly to your device's photo library
- Default location preferences are stored only on your device
We do not have access to your photos, location data, or any generated content.
3. Location Data
GPSStamp reads GPS coordinates embedded in your photos' EXIF metadata.
- This data is processed entirely on your device
- We do not collect, transmit, or store your location data
- Reverse geocoding (converting coordinates to place names) is performed using
Apple's services on-device
- Any default location you set is stored locally in your device's preferences
4. Purchases
The app offers optional in-app purchases managed by Apple App Store and
RevenueCat.
- Payment processing is handled by Apple
- We do not receive or store your payment details
- RevenueCat is used only to manage subscription status
- RevenueCat may process anonymous purchase-related data in accordance with

5. Analytics and Crash Reporting
We use Apple's built-in tools to improve app stability.

6. Third-Party Services
The app uses the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store (payments, subscriptions)

7. Data Storage
All data remains on your device.
We do not store any user data on external servers.

GPSStamp does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
