Privacy Policy — GPS Photo Pro
========================================
Last updated: 18 July 2026
GPS Photo Pro ("the App") is developed and published by an individual developer. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.
Summary
------------------------------
The current version of GPS Photo Pro does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or to any third party. This version has no internet permission and cannot connect to the internet at all. Everything the App does happens entirely on your own device.
Note: a future version of the App may add an optional feature (such as an on-photo location map) that requires internet access to fetch map images. Any such feature will always be off by default and will only activate if you turn it on yourself in Settings. If this happens, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly before that update is released.
Permissions the App Uses
------------------------------
• Camera — used only to let you take a photo within the App. Photos are saved directly to your device's Gallery.
• Location (GPS) — used only to read your device's current coordinates so they can be printed as text on the photo you capture. This location data is never sent anywhere; it is embedded only in the photo file saved on your own device.
• Storage (older Android versions only) — used only to save the captured photo to your device's Gallery.
Data We Do Not Collect
------------------------------
We do not collect your name, contact details, browsing activity, analytics, advertising identifiers, or any other personal information. The App contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, and no crash-reporting SDKs that transmit data off your device.
Photos You Take
------------------------------
Photos captured in the App, along with the GPS coordinates, date/time, and any remarks you type, are saved only to your device's local Gallery folder ("Pictures/GPS Photo Pro"). You control these photos completely — you decide if, when, and with whom to share them (for example, via WhatsApp or any other app you choose using your device's normal share options). We never receive a copy of your photos.
Children's Privacy
------------------------------
The App is a general-purpose utility tool (a camera app for field/site documentation) and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information at all.
Changes to This Policy
------------------------------
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this same page with a revised "Last updated" date.
