1. 個人情報の収集と利用目的 当アプリでは、以下の情報を収集し、それぞれの目的のために利用します。

位置情報（FLP/LM）: 利用目的: アプリ内でのロギングおよびCSVファイルへの出力機能を提供するため。 収集方法: Fused Location Provider API / Location Manager APIを使用し、フォアグラウンドサービスを通じて取得します。

位置情報の取り扱いについて： 本アプリは、アプリが閉じている間や使用されていない間も、ユーザーが明示的に記録を開始した場合に限り、バックグラウンド（通知を表示した状態）で位置情報を収集します。これは、移動ルートの正確なロギングおよびCSV出力機能を実現するために不可欠な機能です。収集された位置情報は端末内でのみ処理・保存され、外部サーバーに送信されることは一切ありません。

デバイス識別子・広告ID: 利用目的: 広告配信（Google AdMob）および利用状況の分析のため。

外部ストレージへのアクセス: 利用目的: ユーザーが意図した操作に基づき、計測データをCSV形式で端末内へ保存するため。

ファイルダウンロードおよびバックグラウンド処理について: 利用目的: ユーザーが要求した計測データ（nmea、gpxファイル等）のダウンロードや保存処理を、アプリがバックグラウンド状態になっても安全かつ確実に完了させるため。 取り扱いについて: 本機能はフォアグラウンドサービス（データ同期等）を利用して実行されますが、この処理プロセスにおいて新たな個人情報を収集したり、外部サーバーへ送信したりすることはありません。データはすべてユーザーの端末内のみで完結して処理されます。

2. 広告の配信について 当アプリでは、第三者配信事業者であるGoogle AdMobを利用して広告を表示します。Googleは、ユーザーが過去にアプリやウェブサイトにアクセスした際の情報に基づいて、適切な広告を配信するためにCookieや広告識別子を使用することがあります。 Googleの広告設定でパーソナライズ広告を無効にできます。 詳細はGoogleのポリシーと規約をご確認ください。

3. 同意管理（GDPR / 米国州法等） 欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、および適用される米国の州のユーザーに対し、本アプリはGoogleのUser Messaging Platform (UMP) SDKを使用し、広告のパーソナライズとデータ使用に関するユーザーの同意を取得・管理します。ユーザーは、アプリ内の設定メニューからいつでもプライバシーおよび同意に関する選択を確認または変更することができます。

4. データの第三者提供 当アプリが収集した位置情報等の個人データを、ユーザーの同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、法令に基づく場合、または広告配信プラットフォーム（Google AdMob）が自動的に収集するデータ（広告ID等）については、各社の規約に基づき処理されます。

5. データの保存と削除 位置情報データはユーザーのデバイス上（CSVファイル）にのみ保存され、開発者のサーバー等へ自動的に送信されることはありません。ユーザーはアプリをアンインストールするか、作成されたファイルを削除することで、いつでもデータを破棄できます。

6. 免責事項 当アプリの利用によって生じた何らかのトラブルや損失、損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いかねます。特にCSV出力されたデータの正確性や、GPS精度に起因する誤差については保証いたしません。

7. 児童のプライバシー 本アプリは、18歳未満の個人を対象としていません。当方が意図的に児童から個人情報を収集することはありません。当方は自社のサーバー等でユーザーの個人情報を収集・保存していません。万が一、意図せず児童が本アプリを利用し、サードパーティのサービス（Google AdMob等）によってデータが収集されたと保護者の方が判断された場合、ご利用のデバイスの設定から「広告IDのリセット」を行うか、該当するサードパーティのプライバシーコントロールを通じてデータの無効化を行ってください。

8. プライバシーポリシーの変更 本ポリシーの内容は、ユーザーに通知することなく変更することができるものとします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載したときから効力を生じるものとします。

1. Collection and Purpose of Use of Personal Information This application collects the following information and uses it for the respective purposes.

Location Information (FLP/LM):

Purpose of Use: To provide logging and CSV file output functions within the application.

Collection Method: Acquired via Foreground Service using Fused Location Provider API / Location Manager API.

Handling of Location Information: This application collects location information in the background (with a notification displayed) even when the application is closed or not in use, only when the user explicitly starts recording. This is an essential function to realize accurate logging of movement routes and CSV output functions. The collected location information is processed and saved only within the device and is never sent to external servers.

Device Identifiers and Advertising IDs:

Purpose of Use: For ad delivery (Google AdMob) and analysis of usage status.

Access to External Storage:

Purpose of Use: To save measurement data in CSV format to the device based on the user's intended operation.

File Download and Background Processing:

Purpose of Use: To safely and reliably complete the download and saving process of measurement data (such as nmea and gpx files) requested by the user, even if the application goes into the background.

Handling: This function is executed using a foreground service (e.g., data synchronization). However, no new personal information is collected or sent to external servers during this processing. All data is processed entirely within the user's device.

2. Ad Delivery This application uses Google AdMob, a third-party distribution service, to display advertisements. Google may use cookies or advertising identifiers to serve appropriate ads based on the user's previous visits to the application or websites. You can disable personalized advertising in Google's ad settings. For more details, please check Google's policies and terms.

3. Consent Management (GDPR / US State Privacy Laws, etc.) For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and applicable US states, this application uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to obtain and manage user consent regarding ad personalization and data usage. Users can review or modify their privacy and consent choices at any time from the settings menu within the application.

4. Third-Party Provision of Data We will not provide personal data such as location information collected by this application to third parties without the user's consent. However, this excludes cases based on laws and regulations, or data automatically collected by the ad delivery platform (Google AdMob), such as advertising IDs, which will be processed based on their respective terms.

5. Data Storage and Deletion Location data is saved only on the user's device (as CSV files) and is not automatically sent to our servers. Users can destroy the data at any time by uninstalling the application or deleting the created files.

6. Disclaimer We take no responsibility for any trouble, loss, or damage caused by the use of this application. In particular, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the CSV output data or errors caused by GPS accuracy.

7. Children's Privacy This application is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not collect or store user personal data on our own servers. In the unlikely event that a child uses this application unintentionally and a parent or guardian determines that data has been collected by third-party services (such as Google AdMob), please "Reset Advertising ID" from your device settings or disable the data via the respective third-party's privacy controls.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy The contents of this policy may be changed without notice to the user. The revised Privacy Policy shall become effective from the time it is posted on this page.
