位置情報（FLP/LM）:

• 利用目的: アプリ内でのロギングおよびCSVファイルへの出力機能を提供するため。

• 収集方法: Fused Location Provider API / Location Manager APIを使用し、フォアグラウンドサービスを通じて取得します。

位置情報の取り扱いについて： 

• 本アプリは、アプリが閉じている間や使用されていない間も、ユーザーが明示的に記録を開始した場合に限り、バックグラウンド（通知を表示した状態）で位置情報を収集します。これは、移動ルートの正確なロギングおよびCSV出力機能を実現するために不可欠な機能です。収集された位置情報は端末内でのみ処理・保存され、外部サーバーに送信されることは一切ありません。 

デバイス識別子・広告ID

• 利用目的: 広告配信（Google AdMob）および利用状況の分析のため。

外部ストレージへのアクセス:

• 利用目的: ユーザーが意図した操作に基づき、計測データをCSV形式で端末内へ保存するため。

ファイルダウンロードおよびバックグラウンド処理について:

• 利用目的: ユーザーが要求した計測データ（nmea、gpxファイル等）のダウンロードや保存処理を、アプリがバックグラウンド状態になっても安全かつ確実に完了させるため。

• 取り扱いについて: 本機能はフォアグラウンドサービス（データ同期等）を利用して実行されますが、この処理プロセスにおいて新たな個人情報を収集したり、外部サーバーへ送信したりすることはありません。データはすべてユーザーの端末内のみで完結して処理されます。

2. 広告の配信について 当アプリでは、第三者配信事業者であるGoogle AdMobを利用して広告を表示します。Googleは、ユーザーが過去にアプリやウェブサイトにアクセスした際の情報に基づいて、適切な広告を配信するためにCookieや広告識別子を使用することがあります。

• Googleの広告設定でパーソナライズ広告を無効にできます。

3. データの第三者提供 当アプリが収集した位置情報等の個人データを、ユーザーの同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、法令に基づく場合、または広告配信プラットフォーム（Google AdMob）が自動的に収集するデータ（広告ID等）については、各社の規約に基づき処理されます。

4. データの保存と削除 位置情報データはユーザーのデバイス上（CSVファイル）にのみ保存され、開発者のサーバー等へ自動的に送信されることはありません。ユーザーはアプリをアンインストールするか、作成されたファイルを削除することで、いつでもデータを破棄できます。

5. 免責事項 当アプリの利用によって生じた何らかのトラブルや損失、損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いかねます。特にCSV出力されたデータの正確性や、GPS精度に起因する誤差については保証いたしません。

6. プライバシーポリシーの変更 本ポリシーの内容は、ユーザーに通知することなく変更することができるものとします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載したときから効力を生じるものとします。

  • Handling of Location Data: This app collects location data in the background (while a notification is displayed) only when the user explicitly starts a recording session, even if the app is closed or not in use. This is essential for accurate route logging and the CSV export feature. Collected location data is processed and stored only on the device and is never transmitted to any external servers.

• Device Identifiers and Advertising IDs:

  • Purpose: For displaying advertisements (via Google AdMob) and analyzing app usage.

• Access to External Storage:

  • Purpose: To save measured data in CSV format to the device's storage based on user-initiated actions.

File Downloading and Background Processing:

• Purpose: To ensure that the downloading and saving of requested measurement data (such as nmea , gpx files) completes safely and reliably, even if the app transitions to the background.

• Handling of Data: This feature utilizes a Foreground Service (e.g., data synchronization). However, it does not collect any additional personal information nor transmit any data to external servers during this process. All data processing is securely isolated within the user's device.

2. Advertising This app uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service. Google may use cookies or advertising identifiers to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this app or other websites.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing We do not provide personal data, such as collected location information, to third parties without the user's consent, except as required by law. However, data automatically collected by the advertising platform (such as advertising IDs) will be handled according to the respective provider's policies.

4. Data Storage and Deletion Location data is stored exclusively on the user's device (e.g., in CSV files) and is never automatically transmitted to the developer's servers. Users can delete their data at any time by uninstalling the app or manually deleting the created files.

5. Disclaimer The developer shall not be held responsible for any trouble, loss, or damage arising from the use of this app. We do not guarantee the accuracy of data exported to CSV or the precision of GPS due to environmental factors.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy The contents of this policy may be updated without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
