GPS CITY respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and how it is protected when you use the GPS CITY application.

Users may submit transportation routes, route changes, confirmations, reports, and other information.

Submitted information may be stored and displayed to other GPS CITY users when necessary to provide the community transportation service.

Users should not submit personal, sensitive, or confidential information as part of a route or report.

5. Anonymous Accounts

GPS CITY may use Firebase Authentication or another authentication service to provide anonymous user accounts.

Anonymous accounts allow the application to associate activity with a user without requiring the user to provide a personal identity.

6. Data Sharing

GPS CITY does not sell users' personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the application, such as hosting, authentication, database, security, and other infrastructure services.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect the security and integrity of the service.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information used by GPS CITY. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve GPS CITY, or as required for legitimate legal or security purposes.

Route and community information may remain available after individual user activity is no longer associated with a user when necessary to maintain the transportation database.

9. Account and Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their GPS CITY account and associated personal data from within the application when account deletion is available.

10. Children's Privacy

GPS CITY is not specifically directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws.
