2.Camera Access
The app requires access to your device’s camera solely to scan QR codes for adding and connecting with friends.
Camera access is used only when you actively choose to scan a QR code.
The app does not capture photos or record videos, and no camera images or data are stored, transmitted, or shared with any third parties. All QR code scanning is processed locally on your device.
3. Background Location Access
The app collects and uses location data in the background to enable real-time location sharing and safety features, even when the app is not actively in use.
Specifically, background location is used to:
Allow trusted contacts to see your live location updates
Detect movement and update location automatically without requiring the app to be open
Support location-based alerts and tracking features you explicitly enable
Location data is collected only with your explicit consent, and you can turn off background location access at any time in your device settings.
The app does not sell, rent, or share location data with third parties, and location data is used only for the core functionality of the app.
4.Location Access
The app requires access to your location to enable real-time location tracking and sharing features, including showing your live location to trusted contacts and supporting location-based alerts.
Location data may be collected while the app is in use or running in the background, only with your explicit permission, to ensure continuous and accurate location updates.
The app does not add location data to photos or videos, and does not sell or share your location data with third parties. You can control or disable location access at any time through your device settings.
GPS Location Tracker & Share does not integrate with third-party analytics tools, advertising trackers, or external data collectors.
Since we do not collect or store personal data, there is no risk of your personal information being shared or leaked from our side. All processing happens locally on your device.
GPS Location Tracker & Share is safe for all ages. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
