GPS Live Speedometer

Carmela ("we", "our", or "us") built the GPS Live Speedometer app (the "App") as a free,

ad-supported application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect

information when you use our App.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

a) Location Data

The App uses your device's GPS sensor to determine your current speed, calculate

trip distance, and track movement. This location data is processed entirely on your

device and is NOT transmitted to our servers or any third party. All trip data

(distance, speed, duration) is stored locally on your device and is cleared when

you reset a trip or uninstall the App.

b) Device Information

We do not directly collect any device information. However, our third-party

advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect certain device information as

described below.

2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

a) Google AdMob

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob may collect

and use data to personalize ads, including:

- Device identifiers (Advertising ID)

- IP address

- General location data (derived from IP)

- App usage data

Google AdMob's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy:

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:

- Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization

b) Google Play Services

The App uses Google Play Services for location functionality. Google Play Services

may collect data as described in Google's Privacy Policy.

3. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

All speed, trip, and preference data is stored locally on your device using standard

Android storage mechanisms. We do not operate any servers that store your personal

data. No account creation or login is required to use the App.

4. DATA SHARING

We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Location data

never leaves your device. The only third-party data collection occurs through Google

AdMob for advertising purposes as described above.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect

personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and

believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact

us so we can take appropriate action.

6. PERMISSIONS

The App requires the following permissions:

- Location (Fine/GPS): Required for core speedometer functionality

- Internet: Required for displaying advertisements

- Vibration: Used for speed limit alert notifications

The App works entirely offline for GPS tracking. Internet access is only used for

loading advertisements.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You can:

- Disable location permissions at any time through your device settings

- Reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads

- Clear all app data through your device settings

- Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data

8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected

by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to

review this Privacy Policy periodically.
