Q: The app isn't hearing me. What do I do?
A: Open Settings → GPLearning → make sure Microphone and Speech Recognition are both turned ON. Then restart
the app.
Q: Does GPLearning need an internet connection?
A: No. Speech recognition runs entirely on your iPhone. The app works fully offline once installed.
Q: Where does my voice data go?
A: Nowhere. Audio is processed locally on your device and is never uploaded, recorded, or shared. See the
Privacy Policy page for details.
Q: Why is my pronunciation score lower than I expected?
A: The score compares what the speech recognizer heard to the target word or sentence. Try speaking clearly
at a normal pace, in a quiet room, and holding the phone within arm's length.
Q: Which devices and iOS versions are supported?
A: GPLearning supports iPhone and iPad running iOS 16.0 or later.
Q: Is GPLearning free?
A: Yes. There are no ads, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases.
Q: Can I learn other languages besides English?
A: Not yet. GPLearning currently teaches English with Vietnamese translations.
