This Privacy Policy applies to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal and non-personal information by GOPLAY and its affiliates through the mobile apps published by GOPLAY (the “Apps”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to the collection, use or disclosure of personal and non-personal information through any apps for which GOPLAY is not the publisher. By using the Platforms, you signify your assent to our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with this Privacy Policy, please refrain from using our Apps.

INFORMATION GATHERING

We will comply with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) starting January 24, 2024. A GDPR form will be integrated into our applications. All GOPLAY advertising partners in the European Economic Area operate as independent data controllers. To comply with the GDPR, we will record your consent status for compliance purposes. This information will be stored on servers hosted in the EU and will be used exclusively for GDPR compliance. Your device identifier will be stored along with your consent status.

Before displaying personalized ads, you will be asked to agree to sharing your information with the advertising company. If you are a resident of an EEA country and indicate that you are under 16 years of age, you will be shown non-personalized advertisements and advertising companies will not collect personal information about you. If you opt in to personalized advertising, your device's advertising identifier will also be stored in case we need to access it to assist with data portability or deletion requests. Your device's advertising identifier will not be stored in our consent registration database if you do not consent to personalized advertising. If you do not give your consent, you will see advertisements that are not relevant to you and are not tailored to your preferences.

● Personal Information: Parents, legal guardians or users over 13 years of age may provide personal information voluntarily.

● Non-Personal Information: Automatically collected usage data helps us enhance user experience.

- Demographic Data: Device language, country, city.
- Device System Information: Device type, OS, firmware, screen resolution, service provider, advertising ID, MAC address, IMEI.

Analytics data is considered non-personal and is anonymized. A random unique identifier is generated at the first app launch, devoid of personal information. Our Apps include features from our partners, such as in-game advertising. A list of these partners is available below. VOLUNTARILY PROVIDED INFORMATION

Our Platforms may request personal information on a voluntary basis, such as when email inquiries are sent. This may include:

● Your information: Name, email address or other information necessary to process inquiries.

● Support Team Interaction: Any information sent to our support team via email, such as a screenshot of the game issue.

PURPOSES OF USE OF THE INFORMATION COLLECTED

We use personal information to award prizes, provide customer support, offer online services, facilitate game registration, conduct beta testing, manage newsletter subscriptions, and enhance our products and services. Statistical and usage data is utilized to comprehend user behavior, enabling us to improve our service.

● Statistical and Usage Data: When you use our Apps on your device, we may retrieve information about your hardware system and how your game is played, including your IP address or device ID. Additionally, we may collect information about your device, hardware, software, platform, connection, and details related to online activity, such as feature usage, game play statistics and scores, user rankings, click paths, and in-app purchases. This information is crucial for enabling you to play our game over the Internet and for enhancing our understanding of the behavior and preferences of our customers, allowing us to improve our products and services.

● Other Uses: We may also utilize your information for other legitimate business purposes. Regardless of the purpose, we will only collect information to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, aligning with our legitimate business objectives or as permitted or required by law.

● Internet Protocol Address: We collect an IP address from every visitor to our Apps. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer or device when you use the Internet. We use IP addresses to diagnose server problems, administer our Apps, analyze trends, track users' movement on our Apps, gather broad demographic information for aggregate use to improve the Apps, and deliver customized, personalized content. Importantly, we do not link IP addresses with any personally identifiable information.

● In-Game Advertising: Our Apps may incorporate dynamic advertisement serving technology offered by our Ad Provider (AdMob), which allows advertising to be temporarily uploaded into the game and replaced while you play. The data collected for this purpose may include IP address, location, duration of advertisement visibility, size of the advertisements, and angle of view. The Apps you are using may be assigned an ID number, stored on your device, and used by our Ad Provider to calculate the number of unique and repeat views of dynamic in-game advertising. The ID number is not associated with any personal data, and for children-directed Apps, it is not used for behavioral advertising purposes. Importantly, none of the information collected and used for advertising purposes is employed to personally identify you. The servers used by the Ad Provider may be located outside your country of residence. This ad serving technology is integrated into the Apps; if you prefer not to use this technology, simply refrain from playing the Apps while connected to the internet.

HOW WE SHARE OR DISCLOSE INFORMATION

GOPLAY may share information with third parties for limited purposes, including third-party services, partners, and marketing. We do not knowingly share personal information beyond this policy.

● Opt-Out Provision: Currently, GOPLAY do not share personal information for marketing. You can opt out of postal mail communications by contacting us.

● Safeguarding Your Personal Information: GOPLAY will only collect and use personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy to the extent deemed reasonably necessary to serve our legitimate business purposes, and we will maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity, accuracy and privacy of the information you have provided. In addition, we will take reasonable steps to assure that third parties to whom we transfer any personal information will provide sufficient protection of that information.

● Business Transactions: We reserve the right to transfer any personal information we have about you in connection with the sale or transfer of all or a portion of our business or assets or rights relating thereto.

● Third-Party Sites: If you click on a link to a third-party site, including an advertisement, an Ad Provider link, or another third-party service, you will leave the GOPLAY Platform you are visiting and be directed to the selected site. Because we cannot control the activities of third parties, we cannot accept responsibility for any use of your personal information by such third parties, and we cannot guarantee that they will adhere to the same privacy and security practices as GOPLAY. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party sites from which you request services. If you visit a third-party website linked on a GOPLAY Platform, you should consult that site’s privacy policy before providing any personal information on that site.

● Consent: Generally, by providing us with personal information, we will assume that you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of such information for the purposes identified at the time that we collect the information from you or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. In the case of children under 13, as applicable, we will obtain a parent or legal guardian’s verifiable consent prior to the collection of personal information from such users, unless the collection of such information falls within an exception that is permitted under COPPA.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

We reserve the right to make changes as we add new features or in response to legal changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. Please check the Privacy Policy each time you use our Platforms to ensure you are aware of any changes in our privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy will indicate the date it was last updated. Your continued use of our Platforms will signify your acceptance of the changes to our Privacy Policy.
