The Department of Chemical Engineering was established in the year 1990 and currently offering Diploma Program with 60 in-take. Students are admitted to these programmes based on the merit list of their SSC examination.

The department has well qualified faculty dedicated to teaching and doing research in fundamental and advanced areas. The Department has been producing competent Chemical Engineers to the society right from its inception.

The Department is well equipped with all the required laboratories as per the curriculum, follows a well-disciplined teaching-learning process, and maintains a win-win student-teacher relationship on campus.
