Bylaws and More

The Rotary Club of Woodstock is guided by two sets of documents – one for the operation of the club and one for the club’s foundation. The club set up the 501(c)3 foundation in 2011 so that gifts can be recognized as charitable giving by the IRS. 

The Club’s operations are guided by two documents:

•     The Standard Rotary Club Constitution – which is the foundation of all Rotary clubs, last updated in 2022) and

•     The Rotary Club of Woodstock Bylaws, last updated in 2022. 

The Club’s foundation is also guided by two documents:

•     The Woodstock Rotary Foundation Articles of Restatement and

•     The Woodstock Rotary Foundation Bylaws.

The Rotary Club of Woodstock’s Board uses these documents to guide its processes and decisions.
