Gourmet Brand Goetta and Sausage

My Dad made them differently! Gourmet Brand is the result of his years of tweaking the best family recipes for goetta and sausage. 

Some people tell me they don't like goetta.  I always say, "You haven't tried ours!" 

• You will find chunks and shreds of lean pork.  It's not ground to mush because there's nothing to hide!  

• You will find chunks of onion.  Dad liked the taste AND texture of the onion. 

• You will find it's less greasy - just enough fat for it to fry nicely without any extra added oil.
