Detro ("we," "our," or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you access and use our Virtual Reality game GorillaWalkers ("the Game") on the Meta/Oculus platform.

1. Platform-Provided User Data
When you use the Game on Oculus/Meta devices, we access certain data through the Oculus platform to provide core features. These may include:
Oculus User ID / Display Name – used for identifying you in multiplayer lobbies.
Friends List & Presence – used to show online friends and matchmaking status.
Room or Lobby Information – to facilitate joining and displaying room data.
Microphone Access – used for in-game voice chat; audio is processed in real time and not stored.
Region and Device Info – used for matchmaking and performance optimization.
Purchase History and Entitlements – We access data through the Meta Horizon platform to verify your purchases of in-game currency, items, or DLC. This ensures content is correctly attributed to your account.
Transaction Tokens – We may process anonymized transaction IDs provided by Meta to validate successful payments.
Note: We do not store or share this platform data outside of the Oculus ecosystem.
2. Voluntary Personal Information
We may collect personal information like your name or email if you voluntarily contact us for support.
3. Non-Personal/Technical Data
We may collect anonymized technical data such as device type and error logs to improve the game experience.
How We Use the Information
To deliver core game functionality (multiplayer and voice chat).
To fulfill and manage in-app purchases and digital entitlements.

Financial Transactions

We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Platform data is processed only to enable gameplay and is not stored beyond the session, with the exception of purchase entitlements, which are checked via Meta to ensure you keep access to your items.
Voluntarily provided data (like support emails) is securely stored and only used as described.
User Data Deletion
You can request deletion of any personally provided data by emailing us at: teamexlty123@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Platform-level data (like Oculus ID) is not stored by us and is managed by Meta.
Children’s Privacy
Gorilla Walkers is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it.
