1. To assess your current mental state - Health data collected via SWM and other tests - the legal basis is your explicit consent. Our Game is based on the 2 psychological tests: 1) Spatiall Working Memory (SWM) test - a test which assesses your attention, speed of your reaction and your memory capabilities, which indicate your current mental state by numeric value of the reaction speed and number of errors made;
