ANNEX — U.S. MULTISTATE PRIVACY NOTICE
This Annex supplements the Privacy Policy for individual residents of U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, TDPSA, and others). It explains additional disclosures and rights.
• Categories and purposes. See Sections II–III of the Privacy Policy for what data we process and why.
• Sharing with processors/service providers. See Section IV for our providers and business purposes. We enter written contracts requiring processors to act on our instructions and not to “sell” personal information.
• “Selling” and “sharing.” We do not sell personal information for money. Some states define “sale” broadly to include sharing for targeted advertising or cross‑context behavioral advertising. Where required, we honor opt‑out rights.
• Your state privacy rights. In addition to rights in Section VII, certain states grant rights to opt out of sales/sharing, profiling for decisions with legal effects, and targeted advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us at mareniwasko@gmail.com.
• Verification and appeals. We may need to verify your identity and, where applicable, will offer an appeals process if we deny your request.
• Non‑discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
