Welcome to Golub (“we”, “our”, or “the app”). By downloading, installing, or using Golub, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the app.
Golub is intended for testing, development, and educational purposes (e.g., testing location-based apps). It provides location-related functionality for simulation and experimentation only. The app is not intended for production use, real-world navigation, or unlawful manipulation of third-party services.
By using Golub, you agree to:
Use the app solely for lawful and authorized purposes.
Avoid misuse, reverse engineering, tampering, or unauthorized access to any part of the app.
Respect Third-Party Rules: You acknowledge that using mock location features may violate the Terms of Service of other third-party apps or games. You assume full responsibility for any consequences resulting from such use, including account suspensions or bans.
Golub offers optional "Pro" features via subscription or one-time purchase:
Billing: Payments are processed securely via Google Play. We do not store your payment information.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions (Weekly/Yearly) automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play Account settings.
Refunds: Refunds are subject to Google Play’s standard refund policy.
The app includes a virtual currency system ("Credits", "Energy", or similar) which can be earned by watching advertisements or purchased. You acknowledge and agree that:
No Monetary Value: Credits are not legal tender, have no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for real money, cash, or transferred to other users.
Limited License: Credits constitute a limited, personal, revocable, and non-transferable license to use digital features within the Application.
Local Storage & Data Loss: Golub does not store your Credits on a cloud server. Your Credit balance is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the Application, clear app data, or lose access to your device, any accumulated Credits will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered or refunded. We are not liable for any loss of Credits due to device failure, software updates, or user actions.
Third-Party Ads: The app displays advertisements from third-party networks (e.g., Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or products advertised by third parties.
Rewarded Video Availability: The availability of "Rewarded Videos" (ads watched for Credits) depends on third-party inventory and network connection. We do not guarantee that ads will always be available to watch.
Ad Failures: We are not liable for technical errors that prevent an ad from loading or rewarding credits, although we may offer small compensations at our sole discretion.
If you purchase the "Lifetime" access package:
"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Service, not the lifetime of the user or the device.
We reserve the right to discontinue the app or specific online features (such as routing APIs) with reasonable notice if technical, business, or economic conditions change.
In the event of a service discontinuance, no fresh refunds will be issued for Lifetime purchases made more than 90 days prior.
Golub may interact with third-party services, including Google Maps, Mapbox, or Places APIs, to provide location-based functionality. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their practices or service interruptions. Users are encouraged to review their privacy policies: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
All intellectual property rights related to Golub, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without express written permission.
Golub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding the app’s accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability for any purpose. We do not guarantee that the mock location features will be undetectable by third-party applications.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golub and its developers shall not be liable for:
Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Account Bans: Any loss of data, account suspensions, bans, or penalties imposed by third-party apps or games (e.g., Pokémon GO, Monster Hunter) resulting from the use of our mock location tools.
Loss of profits or data arising from the use or inability to use the app.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golub, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights (including game Terms of Service).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time. These Terms may also be updated. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app developer operates (Spain). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
