Unhinged Beacon ("we", "us", or "our") built the game Golfever as a free-to-play game for Android. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use Golfever.
We only collect limited personal data, and only when necessary:
Account Information: If you choose to create an account to share or rate maps, we collect your email, password, and nickname. This is handled securely through Firebase Authentication.
User Content: When sharing a map, your nickname and a user ID are visible to other users.
Device Information: Some non-personal data like device model, operating system, and gameplay behavior may be collected through Firebase and Unity IAP to help us improve the game and manage purchases.
We use your information to:
Let you share maps and interact with other users' content (view, rate)
Allow secure login and account management
Process in-app purchases
Improve the game experience and fix bugs
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
The following services may process your data as part of the game:
Firebase (by Google) – for authentication and analytics
Unity IAP – for handling in-game purchases

Golfever is rated PEGI 3 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have accidentally collected such data, please contact us, and we’ll delete it.

We take your privacy seriously and use industry-standard methods (like Firebase) to store your data securely. However, no online service is 100% secure.
