The Warriors outscored the Magic 44-22 in the third quarter en route to a 122-117 win

After taking a deficit into halftime for the third straight game, the Warriors again turned to their patented third quarter attack. Trailing 54-47, the Warriors poured in 44 points in the third quarter, including a 16-7 run to end the frame, to flip the seven point deficit into a 15-point advantage before holding off the Magic for a 122-117 in Orlando on Sunday night.

Stephen Curry paced the Warrior offense, scoring 39 points with eight rebounds and five assists, the sixth straight game he scored 30 or more points, the longest stretch of his career. Draymond Green provided a dynamic punch across the board, scoring 19 points with 16 rebounds and six assists, the 10th double-double of the season, while shooting 9-for-13 from the field.

While the Warrior leaders paced the offense, Warrior newcomers provided the valuable punch. D’Angelo Russell (21 points, seven assists) score 20 or more points for the fourth straight game, the ninth time he has done that during his career. Alec Burks and Jordan Poole each added 11 points off the bench.

Curry finished 13-for-25 shooting from the floor, including 5-for-8 from three, the 6th straight game he made at least 13 field goals and the 14th straight game he made at least 10 field goals, both of which are the longest streaks of his career.
