Golden State returns to Chase Center on Wednesday night to host the Milwaukee Bucks in a meeting of two of the leading MVP candidates this season, Stephen Curry and Giannis Antetokoumpo. This is the first meeting this season between Milwaukee and Golden State, who have split the season series the last two years. Since 2014, the Warriors have won nine of the 13 meetings.

Curry and Antetokoumpo have exploded out of the gate through the first half of the season. Curry currently leads the league in scoring (34.4 PPG), field goals (12.4 per game) and three-point fields (5.0), all of which are either a career high or tied for a career high. Curry’s 5.0 three-point field goals per game is the most since 2015-16 when he set the NBA record with 402.
Antetokoumpo enters Wednesday’s game leading the league in Player Efficiency Rating (PER) (34.4), Efficiency (36.4) and Game Score (27.4) while averaging 27.7 points per game and 12.4 rebounds. He also leads the league in Estimated Wins Averaged with 16.4. Curry currently ranks third in all three categories.
