What is Golden Gavel Debate Course?

Golden Gavel Debate Course offers workshops on rhetoric, research, and speaking skills as well as personalized coaching, drills, and practice for the upcoming debate season! Students will have fun delving into real-world scenarios and have the chance to display their skills in a debate tournament at the end of the week.

Our Third Year In Action!

We are proud to announce the third year of Golden Gavel Debate Course! After a smashing success the last two years, we will be offering another week-long session to help students develop and strengthen their debating skills!

When is it?

Golden Gavel Debate Course will take place from June 17th - 21st between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm on Monday through Thursday. On Friday camp will run from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Where is it?

The Wilberforce School's own beautiful campus will serve as the location for Golden Gavel Debate Course!
