I am a big fan of good country music, I first started listening to country music in 1962, and have seen quite a few changes along the way. There are several artist that stand out in my mind and Vince Gill is one of the best all around artist in country music. My favorite song is. When I Call Your Name.

The song "Pocket Full Of Gold" by Vince Gill tells the story of a man who is sacrificing everything, including his own values and marriage, for temporary pleasures and material wealth. The lyrics suggest that the man is engaging in an extramarital affair with a stranger in exchange for promises of wealth and luxury. The song also highlights the consequences of such actions - the man may end up facing serious consequences as a result of his reckless behavior, and his legacy may be defined by his wealth rather than his character or relationships. Ultimately, the song serves as a cautionary tale against prioritizing material wealth over personal values and relationships.

A very poignant 1991 love song performance that had classic written all over it. Gill authored the song with veteran Nashville tunesmith Max D. Barnes, and his long-time steel guitarist John Hughey, added some unforgettable licks to this seminal early cut.

Listeners to country radio might have been taken for a little bit of a surprise when this song came on the radio airwaves in the winter of 1992. The song owed as much to the classic shuffle sound of Ray Price as it did to what was on country radio at the time, but the fans responded, making this a No. 2 record.

All four singles from When I Call Your Name reached the Top 25, including a duet with Reba McEntire, "Oklahoma Swing," and the title track, which peaked at No. 2. The album was Gill's fourth, and his first for MCA Records; he previously released three records on RCA Records. The singer-songwriter co-wrote eight of the disc's 11 tracks, which include contributions from hit songwriters such as Rosanne Cash, Guy Clark and Don Cook, among others.

"I think it's as simple as having the right record at the right time, having the right song at the right time," Gill explains. "As I go back and listen to my earlier records, I'm not surprised that they're not hits. Hit records sometimes are not necessarily that great either. It takes one to have another. You can't have the second one until you have the first one."

Gill won a CMA in 1990 for "When I Call Your Name," and another in 1991, for Single of the Year, for the same song. He won his first Grammys trophy, for Best Country Vocal Performance, Male, for the song as well.

The Theo Wanne Ambika 3 tenor sax mouthpiece was shipped with the usual high standards of the Theo Wanne company. Each mouthpiece comes in a perfectly designed box with stylish gold printing on it with all the details about the mouthpiece inside. Inside the box is a beautiful leatherette Theo Wanne mouthpiece case with the Ambika 3 tenor saxophone mouthpiece well protected inside.

Note: I have no idea what Theo is talking about in his description of the shark-gill baffle above but I have enough respect for his knowledge that I will trust his opinion of this feature even though I am a bit skeptical by nature.

After weeks of badgering, the Gill sisters convinced their parents, the Rev. Willie and Dora Gill, to drive them to Detroit to audition for Motown Records. They journeyed through a snowstorm and arrived in Detroit on a Saturday, not realizing no auditions were held on a Saturday. A series of fortunate meetings saved the day and the group auditioned successfully, singing some of their original songs and a few other top10 hits.

"When they heard us, they went crazy," Street says with a smile. "They went totally bonkers. They stood up and started screaming, and they knew all the lyrics to our songs. These women and men had a conniption fit."

Traditionally, in view of the possibility of tumor rupture or spillage, the suitable treatment for MCRCC is RN. However, at the initial diagnosis, MCRCCs tend to be smaller tumors and have a lower T stage and nuclear grade; therefore, these lesions may be more amenable to PN. Due to accumulated experience with PN and improved surgical techniques, increasing numbers of surgeons have chosen PN as the first therapy for MCRCC in view of its benign nature. Gong et al.[11] suggested that an NSS procedure should be considered when a complex multicystic renal mass with enhanced density is observed. In their opinion, rather like conventional RCC, MCRCC is often located in the polar regions of the kidney, making an NSS approach quite feasible. Moreover, You et al.[12] indicated that 96% of patients with benign cysts or MCRCCs >4 cm might be able to avoid RN and instead undergo NSS, according to their recent findings. Our clinical data from the present study have also added support to the previous conclusions and, more importantly, have provided recommendations to apply minimally invasive LPN, not OPN, as a potential gold standard treatment, although open nephrectomy remains the gold standard treatment for MCRCC[13].

In addition to T1a MCRCC, we believe that larger tumors classified as stage T1b or T2a can also be treated by LPN. In this investigation, we successfully performed LPN in six stage T1bN0M0 cases and in two stage T2aN0M0 cases, in which performing LPN would seem to be contraindicated. However, due to the benign characteristics of these tumors, their size appears to be less important when considering the detailed surgical approach. Some authors have also advocated NSS for renal tumors >7 cm in the presence of a healthy contralateral kidney[18]. Above all, the excellent perioperative outcomes in this study combined with the other related literature have confirmed that LPN is an alternative to open PN or RN for MCRCC. With the development of our experience and skills, LPN has become the gold standard treatment for MCRCC at our institutions. 006ab0faaa
