Research
My current research falls under the broad area of Spintronics and nanomagnetic devices. The aim of this project is to explore new material systems that can be suitable for hosting room temperature skyrmion for spintronics applications. Particularly, my job is to calculate the intrinsic material properties i.e. Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction (DMI), Perpendicular Magnetic Anisotropy (PMA), Voltage Controlled Magnetic Anisotropy (VCMA) of magnetic multilayers using the DFT framework.
