Users assume full responsibility for these choices.

7. Hosts and User Events

If an event is cancelled by the host or cancelled through GoingOutCo, eligible users will receive a refund in accordance with our refund process.

GoingOutCo reserves the right to withhold refunds where misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, policy violations, or suspicious activity is detected.
User Cancellation
Refund eligibility for user-initiated cancellations may vary depending on event-specific policies, timing, host terms, and applicable laws.
Subscription Services
GoingOutCo may offer subscriptions or premium features.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal.
Users are responsible for managing and cancelling subscriptions through applicable app stores or payment platforms.
Except where required by law or expressly stated, subscription fees are non-refundable after billing.
14. Community Guidelines & Reporting
Users are expected to maintain respectful conduct.
Users must not:
engage in harassment or hate speech
threaten others
share explicit unlawful content

engage in scams or deceptive activity
create unsafe environments
Users may report accounts, hosts, content, messages, or events.
GoingOutCo reserves sole discretion to investigate reports and remove accounts or content without prior notice.
Repeated complaints or safety concerns may result in restrictions or permanent removal.
15. Apple App Store and Google Play Compliance
Additional terms may apply when downloading GoingOutCo through Apple App Store or Google Play.
Users acknowledge Apple and Google are not responsible for platform content, moderation, user conduct, event activity, claims, maintenance, support obligations, or disputes arising from use of GoingOutCo.
Users agree to comply with all applicable app marketplace rules.
