SSS Open Championship

Edinburgh University (Jamie Rankin) won the open undefeated

Isla Kay at USA summer camp

Junior curler Isla Kay (Gogar Park Young Curlers, Edinburgh) had the opportunity to travel over to Chaska, Minnesota in late July to take part in a junior curling summer camp organised by the US Junior Curling Association

ASHAM UNDER 14 SLAM – DUMFRIES - 1ST OCTOBER 2022

First Under-14s National Slam of the season for Team Seftor, in Dumfries:

- Won 1st game 9-2 against Dodds (Hamilton)

- Won 2nd game 7-2 against Ward (Hamilton)

- Won 3rd game 13-1 against Borders (Kelso)

- Semi-final: Won 9-5 against Dumfries 2

- Final: Won 3-1 against Rutherford (Kinross)

Congratulations to Amy Seftor (Skip, Gogar Park), Clare Cassells (Third, Kinross), Rachel Eadie (Second, Kinross) and Isla Kay (Lead, Gogar Park).

ASHAM UNDER 21 SLAM – CURL EDINBURGH - 7TH - 9TH OCTOBER 2022

Team Tonkita were beaten in the final after topping their section. Team Tonkita consists of 4 GPYC members, David Beesley, Jamie Rankin, Callum Mclain and Kyle Mclain.
