ወደ ጎበዜ መተግበሪያ በመግባት ወይም በመጠቀም እነዚህን ደንቦች እንደተስማማችሁ ይቆጠራል።

ተጠቃሚዎችን ከግል አገልግሎት ሰጪዎች ጋር ያገናኛል።

• አገልግሎት አናረጋግጥም

2. የተጠቃሚ ሀላፊነት

ተጠቃሚዎች ራሳቸው በሚከተሉት ላይ ሀላፊነት አላቸው፦

• ባለሙያ መምረጥ

• አገልግሎት ማረጋገጥ

• ስምምነት መፍጠር

3. የባለሙያ ሀላፊነት

ባለሙያዎች፦

• በግል ይሰራሉ

• ስራቸው ላይ ሀላፊ ናቸው

• ትክክለኛ መረጃ መስጠት አለባቸው

4. ክፍያ

• ክፍያዎች ከመተግበሪያ ውጭ ሊፈጸሙ ይችላሉ

• ጎበዜ በክፍያ ጉዳይ ላይ አይሳተፍም

5. ክልክል አጠቃቀም

እነዚህን መፈጸም አይፈቀድም፦

• ውሸት መረጃ ማስገባት

• ሌሎችን መጎዳት

• ህገወጥ አጠቃቀም

6. መቆም / መከልከል

እኛ ደንቦችን የሚጣሉ አካውንቶችን ማግደል እንችላለን

7. ኃላፊነት መገደብ

ጎበዜ በሚከተሉት ላይ ኃላፊ አይደለም፦

• የአገልግሎት ጥራት

• ጉዳት ወይም ኪሳራ

• ግጭቶች

8. ለውጦች

ይህ ደንብ በማንኛውም ጊዜ ሊቀየር ይችላል

ባለሙያዎች ግል ናቸው እና ከተገቢ የግብር ህጎች ጋር መጣጣም ሙሉ በሙሉ የራሳቸው ኃላፊነት ነው። ጎበዜ በባለሙያዎች ምትክ ግብር አይሰበስብም ወይም አያስተላልፍም።
