All proceeds are donated to the Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation.

Dribble & Shoot (Newbies Division) - MICRO- U5 Size Field
$250/team
Three 20-minute games, 2 -10 minute halves, 5-minute break
7 v 7 DIVISIONS -INTERMEDIATE FIELDS -
$350/TEAM
Women's Competitive- Four 30-minute games, 15-minute halves with a 2-minute break, Crossover games count in standings
Women's Semi-Competitive -Four 30-minute games, 15-minute halves with a 2-minute break, Crossover games count in standings
Womens Recreational Division - Four 30-minute games, 15-minute halves with a 2-minute break
Men’s Over 40 Division - O40 division (up to 2 players between 35-39 allowed on roster.
Four 30-minute games, 15-minute halves with a 2-minute break, Cross over games count in standings

EVERY player is required to complete the form and the roster will become your OFFICIAL ROSTER.
Captains will be emailed a copy of their roster after June 5th.
*Teams will not be added to the event schedule until registration fees and the final roster is complete.

The Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation is a non-profit, 501-c-3 public charity established in March of 2004. The mission of the Foundation is to fund support services and outreach for people affected by breast cancer in the Hudson Valley, New York (Columbia, Dutchess, Putnam, Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Ulster and Greene counties).
