1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the GoalPulse mobile application ("App", "Service", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the application.

2. Description of Service

GoalPulse is a football (soccer) information app. Key features include:

• Matches & Scores: Fixtures, results and scores for major football leagues.

• Tables, Teams & Squads: League tables, club pages and player squads.

• News: Football headlines that link to the original publishers.

• Football History: Facts and moments from football history.

• Football Quiz: A quiz with many levels to test your football knowledge.

• Follow Your Clubs: Follow clubs to see their matches and news first.

3. No Accounts

GoalPulse does not use accounts, logins, emails or passwords. The clubs you follow and your quiz progress are stored on your device. If you uninstall the app, clear its data, or lose your device, this information may be lost.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

• Lawful Use: You must use GoalPulse only for lawful, personal purposes.

• No Misuse: You must not attempt to disrupt the app or our servers, overload them with automated requests, or copy the app's data in bulk.

• No Reverse Engineering: You must not decompile, reverse engineer or tamper with the app.

5. Football Data & Accuracy Disclaimer

• Fixtures, scores, tables, squads and other football data are collected from free public sources.

• Live scores and other data may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information.

• The app must not be used for betting, gambling or any decision where an error could cause loss.

• Quiz questions and football history facts are for entertainment and information only.

6. Ads

GoalPulse is free and supported by advertisements, including:

• Banner Ads: Advertisements displayed within the application.

• Native Ads: Advertisements integrated into certain app screens.

• Full-Screen Ads: Advertisements displayed during certain app interactions.

Ads are provided by third parties, such as Google AdMob, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites they lead to.

7. Third-Party Content, Names & Logos

• News: News stories belong to their publishers. GoalPulse shows headlines and links, and stories open on the publisher's own website.

• Names & Logos: Club, league and competition names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are shown only to identify them.

• No Affiliation: GoalPulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any league, club, federation or news publisher.

8. Privacy & Data Storage

Your followed clubs, quiz progress and a saved copy of football data are stored on your device. For details on what we collect and how it is used, please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Internet Connection

• Some features, such as live scores, news, new quiz content and advertisements, require an internet connection.

• Mobile data charges from your network provider may apply.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All visual designs, interface layouts, logos, icons, graphics, animations, and source code of GoalPulse are the exclusive intellectual property of the developers and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.

You may not decompile, reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any portion of the application.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Service Availability: GoalPulse is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

• Data Accuracy: We shall not be liable for damages resulting from incorrect, delayed or missing scores, fixtures, news or other data.

• Data Loss: We shall not be liable for loss of your followed clubs or quiz progress resulting from app deletion, device loss, or other technical issues.

• Third-Party Services: We shall not be liable for damages resulting from network unavailability, third-party advertisements, news websites or external services.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the application, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Changes & Termination

• Feature Changes: We reserve the right to modify, add or remove any feature, league or content of the application at any time without prior notice.

• Terms Updates: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

• Termination: You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
