Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using Football: Goal Poacher (the “Game”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

Because virtual reality is highly immersive and this game requires active physical movement similar to real-world sports while also wearing a headset, there is an inherent risk of injury while playing.

• You agree to use the game in a safe environment, free of obstacles, and to follow all provided safety guidelines.

• You agree to hold us harmless from any claims and liabilities.
