Go Academy: Syntax & Basics is engineered as a 100% offline educational mobile application designed to teach the fundamentals of the Go (Golang) programming language.
Your privacy is paramount to us. We operate under a strict policy: we do not collect, transmit, process, or sell any personal data or usage analytics.
2. Zero Data Collection & Transmission

No Internet Access Required: The Application operates entirely offline and does not require or request network permissions (android.permission.INTERNET).

No Account Required: You do not need to register, sign in, or provide an email address to use the Application.

No Third-Party Analytics: We do not integrate any third-party analytics, ad networks, tracking SDKs, or telemetry tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, AdMob, Sentry).
3. Local Data Storage
All learning progress, completed lessons, quiz scores, bookmarked topics, and personal study notes are stored strictly locally on your device inside an encrypted local SQLite database (go_academy.db).

Data Ownership: Your data never leaves your device.

Data Deletion: You can permanently wipe all local progress at any time via the "Reset All Progress" setting inside the Application, or by uninstalling the Application from your device settings.
4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Compliance)
Because the Application does not collect any personal information, it is safe for users of all ages, including children under 13. We strictly adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
