Dr. Yun gave an invited talk at the Symposium on Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) Technology for Carbon Neutrality and Beom-Soo Kim did a poster presentation in the 2023 KIChE Fall Meeting.
Dr. Yun was invited to the 20th Annual Meeting of STS forum and the Young Leaders Program in Kyoto, Japan.
Dr. Yun's manuscript, "Integrated Process Towards Sustainable Renewable Plastics: Production of 2,5-Furandicarboxylic Acid from Fructose in a Base-free Environment", was accepted in Applied Catalysis A: General (IF:5.5, JCR Top 25.9%).

Dr. Yun won the 2023 Best Researcher Award and the Best Technology Award at KRICT.
Dr. Yun's manuscript, "Highly Active and Stable Ru-(OH)-based Catalysts Supported on Ni-Manganite for the Base-free Aerobic Oxidation of 5-Hydroxymethyl Furfural to 2,5-Furan Dicarboxylic Acid in a Noble Water–organic Solvent System", was accepted and selected as the outside back cover in Catalysis Science & Technology (IF:5.0, JCR Top 37.9%).
