GNYC BNA Scholarship and Award Information
The Greater New York City's Black Nurses Association will be hosting our second Scholarship and Awards luncheon. Although we are going through some challenging times, we feel it's important to celebrate our students and amazing nurses that are making a positive impact on our community of color. This website was created to share all resources related to our luncheon including the link to our scholarship application, nurse award application, and information on sponsorship.

Second Annual Scholarship and Awards Luncheon Information

Due to the covid-19 pandemic we have decided to have a virtual luncheon award ceremony. Additional details to follow.
Scholarship
Scholarships are available for students enrolled in a LPN, associates, bachelors, master, and doctoral program. The Scholarship Fund is open to all applicants who are enrolled in a nursing program on a part time or full-time basis, have attained an overall grade point average of 3.0 with no incomplete grades, demonstrated involvement in activities within the community and overall leadership activities, and must have at least one semester left in a nursing program to be eligible for this award.
