By downloading, installing, or using Gluten Free Check AI (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.
Gluten Free Check AI is a mobile application that allows users to scan or upload images of ingredient lists, barcodes, or food packaging and receive AI-generated insights, including:
Detection of potential gluten-containing ingredients (e.g., wheat, barley, rye, malt).
Indications of whether a product may be gluten-free.
Explanations about why certain ingredients may or may not contain gluten.
The App is intended for informational and educational purposes only.
Comply with all applicable local and international laws.
Provide accurate and relevant inputs (e.g., clear photos of ingredient lists).
Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to exploit the App.
Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless expressly authorized.
Submitting false, harmful, or illegal content.
Using the App for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Reverse engineering, tampering with, or copying the App.
Violating intellectual property, data protection, or software laws.
The App and its features are protected by intellectual property laws.
Brand names, logos, product images, and third-party references remain the property of their respective owners.
Users retain rights to original uploads (e.g., photos), but grant us a limited license to process them for functionality.
Optional premium plans may unlock enhanced features (e.g., advanced scanning, history tracking, offline access).
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the App Store or Google Play.
Refunds are subject to Apple/Google policies.
Free users may face feature limitations or usage caps.
The gluten detection and ingredient information provided by Gluten Free Check AI are AI-generated and for informational purposes only.
They do not constitute professional medical, dietary, or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified doctor, dietitian, or medical professional before making any health-related or dietary decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gluten Free Check AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated content or any inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised terms.
