- Try reloading the application by clicking "Start" from the add-ons menu.
- Try refreshing the page.
- Make sure there is a blinking cursor in your document, otherwise the app might get confused about what you want analyzed.
- If a section of text is selected, try unselecting it and trying again.
- If these don't fix your issue, please select 'contact' and follow the instructions.

- While searching for glue words, the scroll feature on the document may act erratically.
- Longer documents take longer to completely analyze. A 100-page document may be non-responsive for 2-3 minutes.
- Code does not know how to interact with tables.
- Code has not been tested on a document longer than 100 pages.
- Code has not been tested on documents containing nonstandard letters.
- Application is only useful on documents written in English. It was designed with American English in mind but it's probably passable across the pond.
- Code does not have fully-implemented error catching.
