This app provides an AI-powered Glow Up Coach that helps users understand and improve their appearance through personalized suggestions.

We do not use your data for identity recognition or advertising purposes.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data required to provide core functionality:

📸 User Photos (Selfies)

• Photos voluntarily uploaded by users for AI appearance analysis

• Used only to generate personalized improvement suggestions (Glow Up Plan)

📊 Usage Data

• Task progress (completed / incomplete tasks)

• Feature interactions within the app

⚙️ Device Information

• Device model, operating system version

• App performance and crash logs

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely to:

• Generate AI-based appearance analysis

• Provide personalized Glow Up Plans (Phase 1 / Phase 2 system)

• Track user progress and improvement journey

• Improve app performance and user experience

We do NOT use your data for advertising or profiling.

4. AI Processing & Face Data Usage

User-uploaded selfie photos are used only for AI-powered appearance analysis and Glow Up recommendations.

The app analyzes general visual appearance features, including:

• Hairstyle characteristics;

• Skin appearance characteristics (visual-level analysis only, not medical analysis);

• Facial proportions and general appearance structure;

• Overall appearance presentation.

We do NOT:

• Perform facial recognition;

• Identify or verify users;

• Collect Face ID data;

• Create or store facial recognition templates;

• Generate biometric identifiers;

• Use user photos to train AI models.

User photos are processed only to generate AI recommendations requested by users.

5. Data Storage & Retention

Uploaded photos are retained only for the minimum time required to complete AI processing.

To provide AI functionality:

• Photos may be securely processed through our backend systems;

• Photos may be transmitted to OpenAI API for AI processing;

• All data transmission uses encrypted connections.

We do not maintain a long-term database of user facial images.

After AI processing is completed:

• Original photos are automatically deleted;

• Facial images are not stored permanently.

Users may also request deletion of their data through the app.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share user photos with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

We may use trusted service providers for:

• AI computation services;

• Cloud infrastructure services.

We currently use OpenAI API as an AI processing provider.

These providers:

• Only process data to provide requested services;

• Do not use user photos for AI model training;

• Do not use photos for unrelated purposes;

• Follow applicable data protection requirements.

7. User Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Delete uploaded photos

• Reset or delete your account

• Clear progress and task history

8. Security

We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption and secure storage practices.

9. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for users under 13 years of age.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected in the app.
