Glowie AI — Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Glowie AI (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile application and related services (the “Services”). If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services.
If you have questions, contact us at leadimizemedia@gmail.com.
Summary of key points
What information do we collect? Information you provide (like email) and information collected automatically (like device and usage data). If you use features that involve photos/camera, you may choose to provide images for analysis.
Do we collect sensitive information? We don’t intentionally collect sensitive personal information, but images you upload may contain sensitive details.
Do we receive data from third parties? We may receive limited data from platforms that help deliver the Services (for example, app store purchase confirmations).
How do we use your data? To provide the Services, generate analysis results, improve features, keep things secure, communicate with you, and comply with law.
Do we share your data? To provide selfie based analysis, your photo is transmitted to the Google Gemini API for processing. We do not store your photos or results on our servers. Results are stored on your device unless you delete them. We may also share information only as needed to operate the Services (service providers), for legal reasons, or during business transfers.
Your rights: Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or restrict use of your information.
What information we collect
A. Information you provide to us
Depending on how you use Glowie AI, you may provide:
Email address (for account access, support, or communications)
Optional profile info (such as name or preferences, if you choose)
Content you submit (such as photos/images or text prompts, if you use features that require them). Photos are stored on your device. When you request analysis, the photo is transmitted to the Google Gemini API to generate your results. We do not store your photos or results on our servers.
Support messages (information you share when contacting us)
B. Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:
Device and app information: device type, operating system, app version, language, identifiers, carrier, and similar technical data
Log and usage data: IP address, time stamps, feature interactions, crash reports, and performance data
Approximate location: may be inferred from IP address (not precise GPS)
C. Permissions (mobile app)
If you enable certain features, we may request device permissions, such as:
Camera (to capture photos/images)
Photo library (to upload/save images)
Notifications (to send optional alerts)
You can change permissions anytime in your device settings.
D. Payments
If you purchase subscriptions or in-app features, payments are typically processed by the app marketplace (for example, your device’s app store). We do not store full payment card details on our servers. We may receive purchase/renewal status to provide access.
E. Photos and AI processing
Glowie AI uses a third party AI service to generate analysis results from photos you choose to provide. When you use these features, your photo and any related request data are sent to the Google Gemini API for processing and a response is returned to the app. We do not store your photos, analysis results, or generated content on our servers. Your results are stored on your device unless you delete them.
We do not use your photos to identify you or to build a database of faces. We do not sell your photos.
Important: The third party provider may process and handle your data according to its own terms and privacy policy. Please review the Google Gemini API terms and privacy information for details about their handling and retention practices.
Face Data (Selfie Photos)
When you choose to upload or capture a selfie, the image may contain face data (your face visible in the photo). We use this selfie only to provide the requested analysis and recommendations (for example, undertone/skin tone/color palette guidance and makeup/color recommendations).
We do not use selfies for identity verification, face recognition, or to create/store biometric identifiers (e.g., faceprints).
Sharing/Processing: To generate results, the selfie is transmitted to Google Gemini API for processing. We do not store selfies on our servers.
Retention: Results are stored locally on your device unless you delete them. Google Gemini API processes the request and, per Google’s Gemini API policies, may retain prompts/context/output for abuse monitoring for up to 55 days.
If you do not want your selfie processed by Google Gemini API, do not use the photo analysis features.
How we use your information
We may use information to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
Process and deliver features you request (including processing content you submit)
Generate your analysis results by sending the photo you choose to provide to the Google Gemini API and returning the output to your device
Personalize your experience and remember preferences
Communicate with you (support, service messages, important notices)
Monitor, debug, and improve performance and reliability
Protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
Legal bases for processing (where applicable)
If you are in certain jurisdictions (such as the EEA/UK), we process personal information under one or more legal bases:
Consent (you can withdraw consent where applicable)
Performance of a contract (to provide the Services)
Legitimate interests (to improve, secure, and maintain the Services)
Legal obligations (to comply with law)
Vital interests (to protect someone’s safety in rare cases)
When and with whom we share information
We may share information:
With service providers that help run the app (hosting, analytics, customer support, security, payment verification). This includes transmitting photos you choose to provide to the Google Gemini API to generate your analysis results. They are permitted to use data only to provide services to us. We do not store your photos or analysis results on our servers.
For legal reasons (to comply with a law, regulation, court order, or valid request; or to protect rights, safety, and security).
Business transfers (if we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets).
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep information
We do not store your photos or analysis results on our servers. Photos and results remain on your device unless you delete them. You can remove stored results by deleting them in the app, and you can remove photos from your device photo library at any time. If you uninstall the app, app stored data on your device may be removed by your operating system.
We may retain limited non photo information such as support emails or purchase status records only as long as needed to provide support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
How we keep information safe
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Do we collect information from minors?
Glowie AI is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us at leadimizemedia@gmail.com.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights such as:
Accessing the personal information we hold about you
Requesting correction or deletion
Restricting or objecting to processing
Receiving a copy of your information (data portability, where applicable)
Opting out of certain processing (such as targeted advertising, where applicable)
To request to exercise your rights, email leadimizemedia@gmail.com.
Do-Not-Track signals
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no consistent industry standard, we do not currently respond to these signals.

If you live in certain U.S. states, you may have additional rights (such as rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain data uses). We will honor applicable rights requests as required by law.
To submit a request, email leadimizemedia@gmail.com.
International users
If you use the Services from outside your state/country, your information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data protection rules. We take steps designed to protect information as described in this policy.
When you use photo analysis features, your photo may be transmitted to and processed by the Google Gemini API on servers that may be located outside your state or country.
Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice within the Services.
