This Privacy Policy applies to the Glow.ai+ mobile application ("Application"), developed by puranjanics ("Service Provider"), offered as a freemium service. By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Time spent on each screen and overall app usage

Image Processing: The Application allows users to upload or capture images that may contain faces for AI-powered analysis and enhancement. These images are processed as follows:
No Face Data Collection: We do not collect, extract, store, or retain any facial biometric data, face templates, facial measurements, or facial recognition information from uploaded images.
Temporary Processing: Images containing faces are temporarily processed and sent to Google's Gemini AI service for analysis and enhancement purposes only.
No Storage: Images are not stored on our servers or your device after processing is complete. All images are discarded immediately after the AI processing is finished.
Processing Purpose: Images are used solely for providing AI-powered photo enhancement and analysis features within the app.
We may use third-party services to help improve our application. These services may have access to anonymized, aggregated data but cannot access personal information for independent use.

Google Gemini AI - Images uploaded by users are sent to Google's Gemini AI service for processing. Google may process these images according to their own privacy policy. Images are not stored by us after processing.

General Data: We retain user-provided data as long as you use the app, and for a reasonable period afterward. To request deletion of your data, contact us at mallik.puranjan@gmail.com.
Images and Face Data: We do not retain any images or face data. All images are processed in real-time and immediately discarded after processing is complete. No facial biometric information is extracted, stored, or retained at any time.
You may stop data collection at any time by uninstalling the application. Use the standard uninstall process available through your device or app store.
This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 13. If we discover such data, we will delete it immediately. If you believe your child has provided personal information, contact us right away.
We take your privacy seriously and use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. Images processed through our app are transmitted securely and are not stored after processing.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
By using Glow.ai+, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in this Privacy Policy, including the temporary processing of images through Google's Gemini AI service.
