This Privacy Policy describes how GLO VPN ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a secure experience.
## 1. Zero Logs Policy (VPN Service)
**We strictly do not log your activity.**
* We do **NOT** store traffic logs, browsing activity, DNS queries, or source IP addresses.
* Temporary technical data required to maintain an active session is kept only in memory and never written to disk.
We operate purely as a conduit for your internet traffic.
## 2. Information We Collect
While we do not collect usage data regarding your VPN traffic, we do collect minimal information necessary to operate our service:
### A. Personal Information (Account Data)
When you create an account, we collect:
* **Email Address:** To manage your subscription and login.
* **Name:** To personalize your user profile.
### B. Device Information
We may collect specific device information to ensure app compatibility and manage unique device logins:
* **Anonymous Device Identifier:** We use a randomly generated, non-persistent identifier to manage device sessions and prevent abuse. This identifier cannot be used to track users across apps or services.
* **Device Model & OS Version:** Used for troubleshooting and analytics.
### C. Installed Applications (Split Tunneling)
Our App lists the applications installed on your device to enable the **App Split Tunneling** feature. This allows you to choose which apps bypass the VPN.
* **Data Processing:** This list is processed **locally on your device**.
* **Transmission:** We do **NOT** transmit your list of installed apps to our servers.
## 3. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to improve our app, serve advertisements, and analyze performance. These services may collect information used to identify you.
* **Google AdMob:** We use AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers to display ads. Users can opt out of personalized ads through their device settings.

* **Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics:** We use Firebase to understand how users interact with our app and to detect crashes. This data is anonymized and aggregated.

* **RevenueCat / Google Play Billing:** We use specific services to process payments. We do not store your financial information (credit card numbers). All transactions are handled by the Google Play Store.
## 4. Permissions We Request
* **FOREGROUND_SERVICE (VPN):** Required to run the VPN connection in the background.
* **INTERNET:** Required to connect to VPN servers and our API.
* **QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES:** This permission is strictly required to implement the App Split Tunneling feature. Android does not provide a more limited permission that allows users to selectively exclude apps from a VPN connection. Without access to the list of installed applications, users would not be able to choose which apps bypass the VPN.
5. Data Deletion (Account Deletion)
You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your GLO VPN account and associated personal data at any time.

What Data Is Deleted
Upon verification of your request, we will permanently delete:
Your account information (name and email address)
Account and subscription records associated with your account
Any internal identifiers linked to your account
Data We Do Not Store
GLO VPN does not store:
Browsing activity
VPN traffic logs
IP addresses
DNS queries
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Important Notes
Account deletion is irreversible.
Active subscriptions must be canceled through the Google Play Store before requesting account deletion.
Deleting the App alone does not delete your account.
## 6. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
