Collecting a solar shard now gives you temporary heat resistance.
Heat resistance makes you unable to be hurt by heatwaves or other solar shards.
Collecting a frost shard now gives you temporary frost resistance.
Frost resistance makes you unable to be pushed by wind during a blizzard, and negates the ice effect.

When GHOULIFIED themed healing candy appears, it now has a chance to be one of four variants:
Regular: Heals for 25 HP.
Sprint Mint: Heals for 10 HP and give the speed effect for 30 seconds.
The speed effect makes you go twice as fast as usual, unless you are in a vehicle!
Shadow Cookie: Heals for 10 HP and gives the shadow effect for 15 seconds.
The shadow effect is the same one that Shadow Shards give you, it allows you to walk through walls!
Spectral Pop: Heals for 10 HP and gives the Spectral Vision effect for 30 seconds.
The Spectral Vision effect allows you to see where ghosts might be hiding, and highlights cash bags and healing candy on the grid space, making it easier to spot them!
When ghosts appear, they now have a chance to be one of seven variants.
Regular Ghost: A standard ghost. Takes one hit to exorcise and deals five damage.
Heavy Ghost: A ghost that deals ten damage and requires three hits to exorcise.
Health Ghost: A ghost that heals you for 25 HP once defeated, and takes two hits to exorcise.
Solar Ghost: A ghost that explodes once exorcised. The explosion will damage other nearby ghosts, or you (if you're in range). Deals five damage and takes one hit to exorcise.
Shadow Ghost: A ghost that gives you the shadow effect for 15 seconds once exorcised. Deals five damage and takes one hit to exorcise.
Frost Ghost: A ghost that gives you the ice effect for 15 seconds when it hits you. Deals five damage and takes one hit to exorcise.
Boss Ghost: Very large but slow moving. Deals thirty-five damage and takes twelve hits to exorcise.
Several hiding spots have been placed around the map, and if you get too close to them a ghost will jump out at you!
The hiding spots are invisible unless you have spectral vision.
Four spooky new locations placed around the map. Ghosts spawn at them, as does some cash and healing candy.
Pay attention to them — they may be important later…

Ghost Rush returns, with some new changes!
Added healing candy, which randomly appear around the map in one of its four variants.
Revamped the scoring system — you now score different amounts of points depending on what ghost variants you exorcise, and you can gain points for eating healing candy.
The game now gets progressively harder as time goes on. Good luck surviving any longer than five minutes…
Added a new map, one with lots of little sections.
Edited the circle map so that you can now get out of the circle.
Head to the Haunted Hut at grid position 1,2 and click on Hex to speak to her!
She sells potions! You can buy either speed or spectral vision from her, and the effect is automatically applied. It lasts for three minutes.
Explosions now damage you (at a rate of one damage point per explosion particle that hits you).
To add to the spookiness, a thin layer of fog now permanently covers the map.
Added healing candy outside the front entrance of most buildings on the map. Trick or treat!
Made ghosts spawn a little bit more frequently in all modes and locations.
Rotated Gloryfunk (Music Pack) out of the shop and added Hex (Character Skin), Witch's Brew (Vehicle Texture), and Skeletal (Music Pack) instead (costs 250 Glorybux).
Changed the lobby background, shop background, and news notification.

FIXED: Player could get stuck in walls once that shadow shard effect wore off.
FIXED: Player position was saved between Standard and Ghost Rush.
NOTICE: We're aware of 7 outstanding bugs currently:
A bug where you can get stuck in walls after exiting a vehicle.
A bug where it is possible to get stuck in walls without involving a vehicle at all, or in fact anything except the will to move. It just seems to… Happen.
A bug where you can drive vehicles through closed doors (in practice, this only works with the Fluxboard, as the Standard is too big).
A bug where vehicles sometimes despawn as soon as you exit them.
A bug where you can exit Snowball's Igloo during the the section of Snowball's dialogue that plays just before the Snowball's Quest boss fight.
A bug which causes the game to get progressively laggier on some devices.
We are working to fix these bugs as soon as possible. We know we've been saying that for the last ten months, but we're serious! These are tricky bugs to fix.
NOTICE: Whatever was causing Ghost Rush to not work, it's fixed now. Ghost Rush is back!
