Dec26/26: The Joint Committee has committed to an initiative to slow down the traffic through our association on Gleneagles Drive. Signage has been posted at the guard shack and along Gleneagle Drive to bring awareness to all drivers. In addition, a reporting system has been established to bring accountability to drivers that refuse to follow the Rules & Regulations of our Association. Starting now, any driver that is witnessed to drive carelessly, which includes speeds in excessive of 15mph (school zone speed), will have their infractions recorded and time stamped. Drivers will initially be warned and educated but will ultimately be fined for continued non-compliance. Commercial vehicles will be fined and/or tresspassed for continued non-compliance. Please support the Joint Committee in this initiative by maintaining 15mph within the association and reporting non-compliance through our on-line reporting system. Together we can develop the Safe Community we all desire.
Nov16/25: A Huge Thank-you of Appreciation to Dave O'Connor, Gaye Jacobson and Sheryl Pringle for the tireless efforts and commitments at keeping our association looking amazing. While a lot of us are away from Arizona during the summer months, these individuals work extremely hard ,during the intense heat, at keeping our landscape alive and healthy for the rest of us to enjoy when we return. We now go into the season where Colleen Januszewski and others join the landscape crew for trimming, grooming and detailing of our landscape.
Aug 6/25: Changes to our Master Insurance Policy Deductible. Discussion and decisions can be found here.
May 1/25: Sharon and Ken Cook will be relocating out of State. Sharon has stepped down from her board position. Please join the board in thanking Sharon for her efforts and accomplishments to the association while serving as a Board Member. Along with providing a wealth of information to the board, Sharon was instrumental in working with the County to improve the appearances of our neighboring properties that affected our front entrance. Thanks Sharon for a job well done!

Jan 21/25: The Board has transferred our last years CD's, including the accumulated interest, into a 1 year investment at 4.25%.
Sep13/24: As a reminder, The Association Board and the Association Committees are formed 100% by unpaid volunteers. The interest of these volunteers is motivated by the pride they have for their community. The best interests of the majority of homeowners is considered in ALL decisions made by these parties. We have a developed system to report any and all issues a home owner deems relevant. The issue will be recorded, time stamped and dealt with promptly by the board. Please Note: Any harassment, in any form, towards anyone, will not be tolerated. Please review our history of annual minutes, most questions and concerns can be answered by educating yourself with the information provided on this website.
Sept 13/24: "Dead Plants" may just be Dormant. Our landscape committee is actively looking after our landscape under the guidance of the Master Gardeners of Havasu. Our neighbor association and most of Lake Havasu are dealing with the same issues during the record breaking extreme heat experienced the last couple of summers. An uneducated solution is to add more water, more water on dormant plants will cause root rot and the loss of the plant. Please be patient while "Mother Nature does her thing". Our volunteer crew will have the association landscape looking vibrant again once cooler weather sets in. Any shrub trimming needs to be left until cooler weather to avoid additional stress to the plants. Please be patient and kind.

With this increase, our total sewer expense for 2022 will be approximately $32,000 vs an annual 3 year average of $20,000. This equates to approximately $525 a year or $44 a month, per home. We are fortunate to have a sewer meter at Gleneagles that more accurately accounts for our actual usage or we could experience an even greater expense. Our water and sewer usage make up approximately 25% of our annual expenses. A local newspaper clipping on the LHC sewer rate increase.
