We launched GLAZED after a combined 12 years in the industry. Our main focus for the salon Is to provide a bespoke experience with 1-1 appointments after hearing feedback from clients who felt they didnt have enough time or attention spent on their hair. We firmly believe in providing a 5 star exceptional customer service experience with in depth colour and cutting consultations. Only the best top quality L'Oreal and Redken products are used. We strive to create a sanctuary in which everyone feels comfortable.
All new colour clients will have to come in a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment for an in-depth consultation and skin test. We highly recommend coming for a consultation prior to booking any further appointments as we can then diagnose and prescribe the best course of action for you!
Here at Glazed we require 48 hours notice for any appointment to be moved or cancelled. If less than 48 hours notice is given we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service total to the card on file.
All appointments will be held for 72 hours after booking until card details are provided via the secure link in your confirmation email. If card detils arent provided within this timeframe then you will forfit the appointment.
