Personal Data: The App does not require user accounts, registration, or the collection of personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number).
Hardware & Local Network Data: The App accesses hardware features locally on your device to discover and control light fixtures. None of your device control interactions or local network traffic are recorded or transmitted to external servers.
2. Android Device Permissions
To function properly, the App requests access to specific device capabilities:
Bluetooth Permissions (BLUETOOTH_SCAN, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT, BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_ADMIN): Required to scan, pair, and connect with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) smart lights. On Android 12 and higher, location is never used for Bluetooth scanning (neverForLocation).
Location Permissions (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): Required strictly on Android 11 and lower to enable Bluetooth scanning, in compliance with Android operating system requirements.
Wi-Fi & Network State (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE, CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATE): Used to detect local Wi-Fi networks and transmit control commands to Wi-Fi-enabled smart lights (via LAN Multicast), as well as to retrieve network ad configurations.
Infrared Hardware (TRANSMIT_IR): Enables sending infrared signal commands to compatible IR light receivers via devices equipped with an IR transmitter.
Haptic Feedback (VIBRATE): Used locally to provide tactile feedback upon button interactions.
3. Third-Party Services & Advertising
The App integrates Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (such as Advertising ID), IP addresses, and non-personal diagnostic data to deliver and measure ad performance.

Analytics Deactivation: Native Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics auto-collections are explicitly disabled within the application settings.
4. Data Security
We prioritize the security of your data. Because the App operates primarily through direct local hardware controls (Bluetooth, IR, and local Wi-Fi multicast), your light control interactions remain strictly local to your device.
5. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13.
