1. About this policy
Dev with Rehman publishes Olympus Journey, Android package com.goldenjourn.app. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app, its goal and task tracking features, and online content displayed within it.

2. Information stored on your device
The native goal and task tracking features store the following information on your device:
- Journey information: route titles and descriptions, starting points, destinations, target dates, themes, milestones, and completion information.
- Task information: titles, descriptions, dates, optional times, priorities, estimated duration, ordering, and completion status.
- Progress information: completed work, unlocked stations, daily progress records, activity history, and summaries such as streaks.
- Preferences: appearance, animations, onboarding status, and reminder settings.
- Scheduling information: task titles and scheduled times used for local reminders.
This information supports creating and organizing journeys, showing your next action, calculating progress, scheduling reminders, and exporting or restoring a backup.
The native tracking features do not upload the contents of your routes, stations, tasks, or progress records to attribution services or the app's startup service. Technical information is transmitted separately as described below. The native goal tracker does not require an account.
3. Information collected automatically
Olympus Journey integrates AppsFlyer and the Meta/Facebook SDK for installation measurement, advertising attribution, app-launch measurement, and deferred deep links.
These integrations process app or installation identifiers, the Android Advertising ID when available, IP address, device and operating-system information, app version, installation and launch events, and attribution information. Attribution information may include a referral source, campaign or click identifiers, and parameters in links used to open the app.
AppsFlyer can derive approximate location, such as a city or region, from an IP address. The native app does not request precise-location permission.
The SDKs also process diagnostic and performance information. Depending on enabled SDK features, this can include technical error, crash, or unresponsive-process reports.
In the current version, these integrations start automatically when the app starts. There is no separate in-app switch that disables all attribution collection. Device advertising settings may limit access to the Advertising ID, but do not prevent every technical transmission.
4. Online connections and content
At startup, the app contacts an online service to obtain the appropriate destination. This request includes the AppsFlyer installation identifier and available attribution or deep-link parameters. The receiving service also receives the IP address and other connection information. Request information may be recorded in server logs.
Online content displayed within the app receives information needed to load and operate, including IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and supplied link parameters. It may use cookies and similar storage technologies and process interactions with its content.
If you submit information or select a file for an online service, that information can be transmitted to the relevant service provider.
Independent online services may provide additional privacy notices describing their processing. Their notices should be reviewed before submitting information. Closing the app or the absence of a visible browsing-history list does not erase cookies, website storage, or server records.
5. Backups, reminders, and Android features
Journey records are stored in an app-private database and preferences are stored locally. You can export routes, stations, tasks, and progress to JSON and import a compatible backup through Android's system file picker. Importing a backup replaces the current journey records.
Exported files may contain personal goals, task descriptions, and progress. The storage location or provider you choose may handle those files under its own terms. Deleting records in the app does not delete exported copies. Android backup and device-transfer behavior depends on the Android version, app rules, and device settings; do not assume that an in-app deletion removes every separate backup.
Optional reminders are scheduled on your device. Android's background scheduling components can retain the task title and scheduling information needed to deliver a reminder. Task titles may appear in notifications depending on your lock-screen settings. You can manage reminders in the app and notification permission in Android settings. Local reminder scheduling is separate from attribution processing.
Internet access supports the online connections and SDK processing described in this policy. Available advertising identifiers are accessed subject to device settings and platform restrictions. Selecting a file for online content may allow that service to receive the selected file; it does not grant unrestricted access to your files.
6. Purposes and recipients
Information is used to provide app features, measure installations and usage, understand advertising performance, deliver linked content, diagnose technical problems, prevent invalid traffic, and respond to privacy or support requests.
Recipients include AppsFlyer, Meta/Facebook, and the infrastructure and service providers that handle startup requests and online content. AppsFlyer processes attribution and measurement data. Meta receives information through its SDK and may combine it with information it already holds, subject to its applicable terms and privacy policies. Advertising partners can receive attribution information where the relevant integrations are enabled.
An identifier is not necessarily anonymous merely because it does not contain your name. The contents of local routes, stations, tasks, and progress records are not sent as custom advertising or analytics events by the native tracking features.

If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you include, and use it to address your request. Relevant information may be provided to a service provider when needed to resolve the request, or disclosed where required by law.
7. Retention and international processing
Native records remain on your device until you delete them, clear app storage, or uninstall the app, subject to any separate copies or backups.
Retention of information transmitted online depends on the recipient, applicable service settings, and processing purpose. Relevant criteria include the period needed for attribution and reporting, operation of the service, fraud prevention, resolving requests, and applicable legal obligations. Provider-controlled retention and deletion rules also apply; there is no single retention period covering every recipient. Contact us for information about a particular record or service.
Information may be processed outside your country by the integrated service providers. Their processing locations and applicable transfer arrangements are described in their notices and terms.
Uninstalling Olympus Journey does not automatically delete records previously transmitted to external services.
8. Deletion requests and your choices
You can edit or remove native entries and use Settings > Delete all journey data to remove routes and their associated stations, tasks, and progress records. App preferences and separately scheduled reminder work are not the same as journey database records; manage reminders separately in the app or Android notification settings. Clearing app storage in Android also removes locally stored preferences and online-content storage. These actions do not delete exported files, external backups, or records already held by an online provider.
You can send privacy and deletion requests to alimehdisiddiqui99@gmail.com, identifying the app as Olympus Journey. Describe the information or service concerned. Do not include passwords, payment details, or private task or journey contents that are unnecessary for the request.
Handling a request may require verifying the request and identifying the relevant records with the provider. Deletion of information held independently by another provider is subject to that provider's process and applicable law. An email request does not cause automatic deletion across every service.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and complain to a competent supervisory authority.
Android advertising settings and Meta's privacy controls offer additional choices. Their effects vary and do not erase all previously collected information. This policy is a disclosure of processing and does not replace any consent required by applicable law.
9. Security
Native records are protected by Android's application sandbox. The app's configured startup connection uses HTTPS; cleartext traffic and mixed insecure content are disabled in the app configuration. These measures do not guarantee absolute security. Protect your device and any files you export.
10. Age
Olympus Journey is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. Individual online services may have higher minimum ages or additional eligibility requirements. This policy does not override those requirements.
If you believe a child under the applicable minimum age has provided personal information through the app, contact us so the circumstances and appropriate deletion steps can be reviewed.
11. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as the app or its processing changes. Revisions will be identified by the last-updated date. Any notice or choice required for a change in processing must be provided separately where applicable.
