This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the GizSugar mobile application (“App”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this policy.

GizSugar does not require account registration or sign-in.
Your game progress, settings, and coin balance are stored locally on your device.
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads.
In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not access your payment details.
On iOS, App Tracking Transparency (ATT) may be requested for personalized ads; you may decline and still play.
The following is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers:

Google AdMob (advertising)
The App shows ads at launch (app open) and when you choose to watch a rewarded ad. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, and similar technical data.

Coin pack purchases are handled by the store platform. Payment and billing information is processed directly by Apple or Google; we do not receive your card or payment details.

Apple App Tracking Transparency (iOS only)
On iOS, the App may request permission to access the device advertising identifier for ad personalization. This permission is optional. You can change your choice anytime under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
We use collected or processed information to:
Provide the game and save your progress
Apply your app settings
Display ads to keep the App free
Complete in-app purchases and deliver coins
Fix technical issues and improve the App
We do not build personal marketing profiles, send promotional emails, or sell your data to third parties.
We share information only when:
Service providers are needed (AdMob for ads; Apple/Google for purchases)
Required by law, court order, or lawful government request
Necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms
Advertising partners may process data under their own privacy policies.
GizSugar is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data to us, contact [gizhodestek@gmail.com] and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or mobile storage is completely secure.
On-device game data: Remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear app data.
Ad / store data: Subject to the retention policies of the relevant third party.
Support requests: May be kept for a reasonable period after resolution.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion
Object to or restrict processing
Data portability (where applicable)

AdMob and store providers may process data on servers in other countries. By using the App, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to those locations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may be communicated in the App or on the store listing. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
