ZAKOOTA KING STUDIO (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED (operating under the developer name Givvo Gaming Apps, "we", "us", or "our") operates the Givvo Social mobile application (“App”). This policy explains how we handle your information when you use the App or visit these pages.
Information we collect
Account & profile: Username, email, display picture.
Device & log data: Device model, OS version, IP address, app version, diagnostics, and crash logs.
Usage data: Interactions, session timings, feature events, and in-app purchases.
Advertising & analytics IDs: For attribution, performance, and fraud prevention.
How we use information
Provide and improve the App, features, and rewards accounting.
Personalize content and measure performance.
Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or abuse.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
Sharing
We may share limited data with service providers (analytics, crash reporting, cloud hosting, offerwall/ads partners) strictly to operate the App. We do not sell personal data.
Retention & security
Information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above and protected with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
Your controls
Access, update, or delete account information by contacting us.
Opt-out of analytics/ads via device settings (Limit Ad Tracking/Reset Ad ID).
Uninstalling the App stops all future data collection from the device.
Child Safety & CSAE/CSAM Policy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). We actively monitor and immediately remove any infringing or harmful content, permanently ban violating accounts, and report illegal activities to relevant law enforcement and national/international authorities (such as NCMEC).
