The included EFILive software is an EVALUATION VERSION. What you are buying here is the necessary hardware to interface with any ALDL diagnostic software. Theprofessional version of the software is available from the website www.efilive.com for US$179 and is WELL WORTH purchasing if you need to do serious diagnosis to your vehicle. The evaluation version is FULLY FUNCTIONAL in a limited form, but is still very usable for simpler diagnostic tasks. For more information, visit the EFILive website.
