Our research group focuses on designing and investigating innovative devices based on two-dimensional materials to enable diverse functionalities. Our main research areas are divided into electronic and optoelectronic devices. In the field of electronic devices, we study polarity-controllable devices for reconfigurable circuits and synapse/neuron-mimicking devices for neuromorphic hardware implementation. For optoelectronic devices, we focus on the development of high-performance photodetectors and their applications in advanced technologies.
