This Privacy Policy applies to Nursery Management App, a mobile application developed and operated by GISLAB Punjab Forest Department, referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider.”
The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use on an “as is” basis.

When the app does not access location:
The Application does not access, collect or store the precise location of the user’s mobile device.
When the app uses GPS or nursery coordinates:
The Application may access and collect location information, including GPS coordinates, when necessary to record nursery locations, verify monitoring visits or perform other authorized departmental functions. Location information is used only for these purposes and is not used for advertising.
Do not retain the “no precise location” statement if the application uses GPS, maps, geotagging, background location or Android location permissions.
When users upload or capture photographs through the Application, the photographs are used for nursery monitoring, inspection, verification and official record-keeping purposes.
The Application does not access the device camera or photographs without an action or permission from the user.
Delete this section if the app does not use the camera or photographs.
The Application may use third-party services to support its operation. These services may process limited technical or diagnostic information according to their respective privacy policies.

Service providers receiving information on behalf of the Service Provider must use it only for the authorized purpose and must protect it appropriately.
The Service Provider retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Application, fulfil official record-keeping requirements, comply with applicable laws and resolve disputes.
