We believe that how you train matters more than what you train. Every martial art has purpose and beauty, but that is meaningless if you cannot make it your own. Through extensive experimentation, Sensei Mick has determined what makes training truly effective. He has crafted those effective elements into a system called "Training Perfectly". This system is integrated into all of our classes and seminars.
To train perfectly, you have to be in the right mindset. Our Five Rules to get into that mindset are:

ethos - The disposition, character, or fundamental values for a person to train perfectly:
I may not be perfect, but I can train perfectly:
I must be certain what I am doing is correct;
If not I must immediately focus on learning it.
I must be certain what I am doing is my best;
If not I must immediately focus on mastering it.
If I am not training perfectly; if not I must stop immediately.
