My work is in Inverse problems for PDEs, particularly the fractional Calderòn problem. More in general, I have been studying problems involving nonlocality and unique continuation.
I am a member of FIPS (Finnish Inverse Problems Society) and of IPIA (Inverse Problems International Association). I also am an Humboldtian.

The EXAM for the master course Partial Differential Equation 2 will take place on Wednesday 8 May in the usual room B321 (Exactum), at the usual time 12:00 - 16:00.
The handwritten lecture notes for the course Partial Differential Equation 2 are available in the Materials section of the website. The official version of the notes will appear in the same place on 3.5.
I will be in Lappeenranta on 7.5, where I will give a talk at the Analysis seminar of LUT: "Fractional random walks on graphs". This is an ongoing joint project with Professor Matti Lassas.
I will be in Malta from 26.5 to 1.6, as one of the organizers of the minisymposium M9: "Inverse problems for fractional equations" at the international conference "Inverse Problems: Modeling and Simulation" (IPMS 2024). In that occasion, I will also give the talk "Reducing the nonlocal Calderón problem to the local Calderón problem", based on my recent article with Professors Ghosh, Rüland, and Uhlmann.
I will be in Palermo, Italy from 23.7 to 26.7, as an invited speaker to the special session B18: "Inverse problems" at the 2nd International Joint Meeting of the American Mathematical Society and the Unione Matematica Italiana (AMS-UMI 2024). I will talk about some new results we are currently working on!
